1. The deadline for submission of applications is:
- For the 5th Mediterranean Violoncello Class Meeting: Friday the 50th of July 2024
2. The students of the MedNet4Music partner institutions can attend the seminars and all the MED Classes activities free of charge. Participants which are NOT students of a MedNet4Music partner institution have to contact the MedNet4Music, in order to be officially informed about possible fees, special requirements and regulations.
3. In case of cancellation of seminars by the management, participants are denied the claim of any kind of compensation.
4. The expenses of traveling, food and insurance (travel, health, accident, etc.) will be covered by the participant.
5. The host institution does not offer any liability coverage in the event of an accident to the participant. Each participant accesses the facilities at his own risk.
6. The hosting Institution guarantees a minimum of 2 (two) lessons for each participant. The overall number of the lessons per participant, depends on the total number of the participants ad the teacher availability.
7. The seminars are open to people of all ages. The parent or legal guardian who fills in the application form on behalf of the participant who is under age, declares in writing that he/she agrees with the fact that the hosting Institution of the Med Class can not assume any responsibility for the supervision of the participant who is under age.
8. At the end of the course participants will receive a certificate confirming their participation in the Med Class.
9. The organizers have the right to use audiovisual material from the Med Classes.
10. By submitting their application, participants automatically declare that they have taken note and accept the terms and conditions of participation.
